24 And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds.
25 Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.— Hebrews 10:24-25
Thoughts on Today’s Reading
Grace, mercy and salvation from Christ to you.
As we begin to understand the Bible doctrine, we apply His deep truths to our lives. We think differently, and our daily choices increasingly align with what God has revealed as true. Our aligning daily choices with God’s revealed truth involves grounding our routine in Scripture, prayer, and fellowship with fellow believers. By establishing consistent spiritual disciplines, filtering decisions through biblical wisdom, and surrendering our will, we can ensure our everyday actions reflect divine principles.
Let’s learn to start our day by reading the Bible and stay consistent and apply daily verses directly to our life. Let’s cultivate an ongoing conversation with God throughout the day. Set specific time to pause and pray, seeking His guidance before making major decisions or reacting to all situations. And let’s surround ourselves with a strong faith community. Joining church and believers’ gatherings helps provide us encouragement and godly counsel when we need them.
