John wrote, “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.” With this written-word confirmation, we know we are eternally secure because the Bible says of. Without arrogance, we can truly know we are safe and secure in Christ because God’s Word says so. Jesus is the Lamb of God. He was indeed God’s sacrifice to take away our sins. Our sins, past, present, and future, were erased by Christ. If we were later judged for our sins, His work would have been incomplete, and that is not possible.

God forgave and forgot all our sins forever. If sin could keep us out of heaven, God didn’t completely forgive us. But God clearly said He will be merciful to our iniquities, and He will remember our sins no more. His Word told us that while we were dead in our transgressions and flesh, He made us alive together with His Son and He has forgiven us all our transgressions. God in His lovingkindness toward us, has not only has forgiven our sins, but also has removed our sins and transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west.
