Grace, mercy and salvation from Christ to you.

We cannot earn salvation by good works or by a holy life. Salvation is a free gift from God. If we could earn our salvation, you would have something to be proud of, but we cannot. Only God deserves to be praised and thanked for His gift of love and kindness, called salvation. And when God gives a gift, He does not take it back. All God’s gifts are permanent. Eternal life is a free gift. It depends on God’s faithfulness, not ours. God didi not give it to us because we deserved it and we do not have to continued to deserve it in order to keep it.

We are saved by faith, not by works. Just like we did not do works to gain our salvation, good works do not keep us saved, and a lack of good works does not cause us to lose our salvation. We have believed in Christ Jesus so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified. God is a promise-keeper. Even if we are unfaithful to Christ, He will remain faithful to us forever. He cannot break His promises. God is faithful to fulfill all His salvation pledges to the believers. He protects all who have taken refuge in Him. Our hope is so sure it is like an anchor fastened to solid rock.
