2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.

May the Lord Jesus Christ reveal Himself to you more and more!
God is more than simply a purposeful or powerful Creator. God is good after demonstrating more of His sovereign purposes and power by calling Abraham and his descendants as the people of Israel and later delivering them from Egypt, taking them to Mount Sinai to love Him as His betrothed wife and to serve Him as His chosen people, and giving them the Good Land Canaan.
God revealed Himself in a deep way to Moses on Mount Sinai. Moses described how God passed by him and proclaimed about Himself: “The LORD, the LORD God, is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin…” The Lord is good. His mercy is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations. And God demonstrates His goodness and love to us most clearly in giving His Son Jesus Christ to be the Savior of the world.
